We help you track your orders. After sending the order you will receive a message from info@heyydar.com with the tracking number.
Important: When you place the order, please provide also the e-mail address. If you do not provide it, we cannot send you the order delivery details. If you did not provide the email address when you place the order, please send us an email at info@heyydar.com with your email address, to be able to sent you the tracking number for your order.
It may take up to 3-5 business days for the order shipping email to be sent.
Once you have received the order shipping email, follow the steps below to check the status of your order.
1. Go to the website: https://global.cainiao.com/

2. In the box above, enter the tracking number provided by email.
3. Click the "TRACK" button.
Note: It may take few days for the tracking number to be available into the system.
Don't worry, the order has been shipped and is in transit to the post office.
If you did not receive an email with your tracking number, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find your tracking number, please email us at info@heyydar.com.
