Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed and fulfilled daily with the exception of weekends and public holidays.
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped, along with tracking number(s).
Orders may not ship within 1-3 days due to stock issues, lack of order information, billing delays, order verification process, custom products.
Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday

Please note that orders might get delayed for the following reasons:
- Billing and shipping addresses are not the same.
- High season
- The order is pending credit approval and verification.
- A product is currently out of stock.
- An order which requires customization.
- An order is shipped to a remote country.
- Order security verification
We delivery in: United Kingdom, Français, Português, Romania, Italiano, Deutsch, Ireland, Hungary.
Delivery time for products with free shipping, is 4-7 days, and will be made by courier companies as UPS, TNT and GLS or other.
Free shipping is available for orders over € 49.99 which weighing up to 23 lbs.
For orders with a value greater than € 49.99, but which weighing more than 24lb, the transport will be applied according to the price grid, visible when complete the transport data.
DISPATCH AND TRANSPORTATION
The dispatch of goods will be made to the address indicated by the Recipient at the time of purchase.
Dispatch times will be indicated on the website. These may vary depending on the payment method chosen.
Heyydar offers multiple transport options. The availability of these will depend on destination and the goods being shipped.

The timescales given are estimates and are not binding. Any delay in the delivery time does not give the Recipient the right to claim any direct or indirect damages, reject the order or suspend compliance of any obligation, especially the payment.
Heyydar will not be responsible for the total or partial non-delivery, or the delay of its obligations to the Recipient if this is caused by an unforeseen event or an act of God which affects Heyydar and their providers or shippers equally. These include strikes, other labour or industrial events, lack of, or impossibility of acquiring, products, etc. Heyydar can cancel and void any products in transit without giving rise to any compensation in favour of the Recipient.
The products ordered on Fridays or on holidays will be delivered on the first working day.
The countries we deliver are: United Kingdom, Français, Português, Romania, Italiano, Deutsch, Ireland, Hungary.
At the time of receipt, it is the Recipient’s responsibility to verify that the receipt of the goods corresponds with that on the order, that the information on the invoice is correct, and that the condition, documentation and packaging are intact. In the case of there being any visible marks which suggest that the goods may be damaged, it is the responsibility of the Recipient to make a note of this on the delivery receipt (whether digital or paper), stating that the merchandise is damaged. If the merchandise is accepted without this being done, it will invalidate any later claims made by the Recipient.
In the event that a situation should occur such as that mentioned in the above clause, an issue report (hereinafter known as the ticket) will need to be initiated from the section for processing issues on the www.heyydar.com website.
Complaints will only be accepted from the Recipient in the 2 calendar days following receipt. If this time elapses without the complaint having been made, it will be deemed that the merchandise has been received by the Addressee in perfect condition and quantity.
In the rare case, you're not 100% satisfied with the product(s), you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 2 days from receipt. Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit to place another order. In case you receive a defective/wrong sized item, the return costs to our warehouse will be fully supported by us. If the item(s) is returned for any other reason than that, the buyer supports the return costs.
If the item(s) is returned for any other reason than the article is defective, the buyer will bear the return costs.
The date of receipt of the order is considered the one reported by the system and confirmed electronically.
- It will be refunded 100% of the order value when:
- The package shows that it was not delivered, the package was not received from the courier/ picked up from the post office and it does not return to the warehouse again.
- It will be refunded 100% of the order value when:
- The package was not received from the courier/ picked up from the post office, and returned again to the warehouse.
- The value of the order is not returned when:
- The package looks like delivered (electronic confirmation by the system) but the customer says it was not received from the courier/ picked up from the post office and it does not return to the warehouse again.
Please note that if you wish to purchase again, the product will be resent only after you have made a new order and paid it.
The money will be refunded within max. 7 days after the notification was clarified.
The tracking website:
- Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation E-mail to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation E-mail with tracking information.
- For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your mobile number and recheck the address during checkout process. Unsuccessful delivery caused by unavailable mobile/address cannot be compensated.
- We are not responsible for shipping times so do not offer refunds because an order arrived later than expected.
- We do not offer refunds if the carrier shows that your items have been delivered successfully.
- Customs house taxes happen sometimes and we are not responsible for it.
